FOOD SERVICE 5000 Koncentrat

Concentrated alkaline formula for removing accumulated and baked-on grease, burnt-on food and other very stubborn kitchen stains. Perfectly dissolves and removes even the most baked-on food residues. Designed for removing heavy soiling from the surfaces of barbecues, cooker hoods, combi steamers, smokehouses, grates, rotisseries, frying pans, hobs and other alkali-resistant surfaces. Can be used on other surfaces, e.g. steel, iron, nickel, glass. For even better results, heat the surface to be cleaned to 80°C before applying the product.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND DILUTION:

• Ovens and equipment

Regular cleaning – 1:3 solution. Apply the solution to the surface and leave for 2-5 minutes. Scrub with a nylon scourer or pad if necessary. Wipe with a dry cloth or sponge, then rinse with water.

Burnt stains – use concentrate. Apply the solution and leave for 5 minutes. Scrub with a scourer or sponge if necessary. Rinse with water or wipe dry.

• Grills and hobs

Light soiling – dilute 1:20 or 1:30. Apply and leave for 5 minutes. Scrub with a suitable pad, then rinse well with water.

Medium soiling – dilute 1:3 or 1:4. Apply and leave for 5 minutes. Scrub with a suitable pad, then rinse thoroughly with water.

Heavy soiling – dilute 1:1. For stubborn burns or grease, apply the product and leave for 5 minutes. Remove thick burnt layers with a scraper or pad, then rinse thoroughly with water.

Note: neutralise the surface with lemon juice or vinegar, then coat with vegetable or animal fat to prevent re-burning.

• Absorbers and fans

Dilute 1:4. Spray the surfaces, leave for 5 minutes, wipe with a sponge, then rinse with water.

• Frying pans, ovens

Remove excess grease. Dilute 1:3, apply to the pan, heat the solution to 800C for about 5 minutes. Remove the solution, rinse well with water.

IF ON SKIN (or hair): Remove/Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. IF INHALED: Remove or carry the victim to fresh air and allow them to breathe freely. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with national regulations.
