FOOD SERVICE is an efficient concentrate for preparing the right disinfectant and cleaning agent for surfaces that come into direct contact with food. Simply dilute the product with water and use it for everyday cleaning.
FOOD SERVICE by Swish is highly effective in combating bacteria, fungi and viruses. The product has a cleaning and disinfecting effect and is completely safe for the surfaces being cleaned, which is why it is successfully used by professionals. It can be used on waterproof surfaces and for cleaning equipment used in everyday food production or processing. Its highly concentrated formula and carefully selected chemical composition make it effective even on stubborn stains. When applied to a stain, it dissolves it, making it even easier to remove. The product is used on burnt stains, grease, deposits and mould.
The product we offer is highly valued in the food sector. It is used, among others, in restaurants, bars, food trucks, kitchens, diet catering production, fruit and vegetable processing, brewing, dairy, poultry industry, meat production, cold stores and food warehouses. It can also be successfully used in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.
FOOD SERVICE in concentrate form is extremely easy to use. Simply prepare the solution according to the product data sheet and its intended use, then apply it to the surface to be cleaned. Full disinfection is achieved within 1-10 minutes, depending on the extent of the contamination. The product can be left to dry completely or wiped with a cloth to avoid leaving residue on the cleaned surface. Alternatively, the area can be rinsed with running water. The product is intended for manual cleaning and is completely safe for the cleaned surface.

Disinfection
The product in a 4% solution (400 ml of product per 10 litres of water) has a full spectrum of virucidal, bactericidal and fungicidal properties. It is also excellent for removing and preventing mould. Spread the product on the surface to be cleaned and leave to dry. No rinsing is required, but to avoid visible deposits, it is recommended to wipe the surface dry or rinse with running water before the preparation evaporates.
Sanitisation
Use a dilution of 14 ml of the product per 1 litre of water (1.4% solution). Spread the solution on the surface to be cleaned, leave to dry or rinse with running water for a better visual effect.
